Upon arrival at Zanzibar International Airport, you’ll be met by your friendly Kale Voyage guide and begin your journey with a private tour of Stone Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site rich in history and Swahili culture. You’ll explore the winding alleys, vibrant markets, the House of Wonders, and the hauntingly historic former Slave Market, gaining a deep appreciation for Zanzibar’s past and present. After the tour, you’ll head north to Kendwa Rocks Beach Hotel, a lively beach resort known for its stunning sunsets and powdery white sand. Check in, relax, and enjoy a beachfront dinner to kick off your island escape.

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, you’ll set off for an exciting boat trip to Prison Island (Changuu Island). Here, you’ll meet and feed the giant Aldabra tortoises, some of which are over 150 years old. You’ll also have time to explore the old prison ruins and enjoy swimming or snorkeling in the island’s clear, warm waters. After the excursion, return to Kendwa Rocks where you can spend your afternoon by the pool or beach, soaking in the tranquil coastal vibe. All meals are included today, featuring a mix of fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and local delicacies.

Today is all about adventure at sea. After breakfast, you'll depart for the Safari Blue tour, one of Zanzibar’s most popular full-day marine excursions. You’ll board a traditional dhow and cruise through the stunning Menai Bay Conservation Area. Activities include snorkeling in vibrant coral reefs, relaxing on sandbanks, swimming in a natural lagoon, and enjoying a freshly prepared seafood barbecue lunch on a private island. Return to Kendwa Rocks in the late afternoon and enjoy your final sunset dinner by the beach under swaying palms and starry skies.
