• Initial Deposit: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.
• Remaining Balance: Pay the remaining balance 20 days before arrival or on arrival (cash in hand is recommended due to time constraints).
• Payment Deadline: The balance must be paid 20 days prior to your arrival or in cash on arrival before the tour starts.
• Payments are processed only after confirming your tour package booking, which guarantees your spot on the chosen date and month.

• Online Bookings: All online bookings require an initial 30% deposit to secure the booking.
• Full Payment Requirement: If the total package price is under $1,000 USD, or if your booking is received less than 20 days before departure, full payment is required unless agreed otherwise.
• Balance Payment Notification: You will receive an email notification when it’s time to pay the remaining balance — 20 days before departure.
