Kale Voyage Terms and Conditions for Tour Packages

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making any booking with Kale Voyage. This agreement outlines the essential operational policies and procedures for all our tour packages.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION

Customers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits, prior to tour commencement. Kale Voyage can provide guidance but is not responsible for securing these documents.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Initial Deposit: 15% of the total package price is required at the time of booking
• Balance Payment: Due 30 days before departure date
• For bookings under $1,500 or made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at time of booking
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and bank transfer
• All prices are quoted in USD and are per person unless specified otherwise
• Currency fluctuations between booking and payment dates will not affect the quoted price

PRICING POLICY

• All published rates include applicable taxes and fees
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to:
  • Currency fluctuations
  • Government tax adjustments
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
• Any imposed changes in government fees or taxes will be passed on to the client

ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS

Kale Voyage reserves the right to:

• Modify tour routes for safety or comfort
• Adjust schedules due to weather conditions
• Change accommodations to similar standard properties
• Alter transportation arrangements when necessary

Any additional costs resulting from unavoidable changes (such as flight modifications) will be the responsibility of the client.

MARKETING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

Kale Voyage may use photographs or videos taken during tours for:

• Marketing materials
• Social media content
• Website updates
• Promotional purposes

Clients may opt out of this policy by submitting a written request.

CURRENCY AND PRICING PROTECTION

• All quotes are provided in USD ($)
• Once full payment is received, tour prices are guaranteed
• Kale Voyage assumes no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting personal expenses

By making a booking with Kale Voyage, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking (packages including accommodation and/or car rental, or tours).

For Package Cancellations:

• 25+ days before departure: 15% cancellation fee
• 15-24 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
• 7-14 days before departure: 60% cancellation fee
• Within 7 days of departure: 80% cancellation fee

Tour Modifications:

• Changes to tour arrangements requested at least 3 weeks before departure are FREE of charge
• Changes requested within 3 weeks may incur additional fees

INSURANCE

• Travel insurance is not included in the tour package price
• All medical expenses and related costs are the responsibility of the client
• We strongly advise all clients to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure
• Personal travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances

DATA PROTECTION

Kale Voyage commits to protecting your personal information:

• Personal data collected (dietary requirements, medical conditions, religious preferences) is treated confidentially
• Information is shared with suppliers only when necessary for service delivery
• Data is collected solely to ensure optimal service and guest comfort
• All information is handled in compliance with data protection regulations

• Individual pricing may vary based on specific activities and dates chosen
